GADEV Consulting is a Co-Op of female consultants with expertise in organizational development, branding, and marketing in the humanitarian sector.  Our mission is simple: to provide practical and customized solutions to assist budding nonprofits and INGOs revive their identity and ultimately achieve their mission.

Why choose us?  The truth is, we’ve probably been there.  With over 50 years of collective professional experience throughout the developing world, our team of female experts have felt the pain of growth (and stagnation!), the need to professionalize, and the hope of being better.  We’ve worked inside and alongside INGOs with serious missions committed to refugees, trafficking survivors, child protection, and conflict recovery, knowing that failure to deliver was a failure to protect the communities we served. 

 

We also know the limitations of budgets and resources.  That the idea of taking on a consultant is madness when we look at our bottom line!  We’ve been at the drawing table with management teams, wondering whether to place that extra work that NEEDS so much attention on an existing staff.  Because, well, simply put – we just didn’t have the money to do it right.   

 

But most importantly, we know the value of learning with the aim of improving how we serve our people.  Improving for the sake of our beneficiaries – because isn’t that why we’re here in the humanitarian sector? Every service provided, every evaluation and discussion – just like you and your organization, we learn.  And learning takes humility.  So our promise to you is this:  we will work alongside you – we will develop realistic and cost-effective plans –with the end goal of serving better.  And that means all of us.
