GADEV consultants are empowered and professional women focused on providing stellar services in the fields of development, marketing, and branding.

Kelly began her career in development nearly 15 years ago, and has worked for various non-profits and INGOs in Washington, DC and throughout Southeast Asia.  Having always seemed to be thrown into roles that demanded a thorough overhaul of its development, Kelly has spent the majority of her professional career helping small to medium-size organizations develop fundraising techniques and plans that suit their mission.  As our resident expert on development and strategic partnerships, Kelly can provide pragmatic services such as grant management and prospect research, as well as strategic services inclusive of funding analyses and annual fundraising plans.  Kelly comes to GADEV with a MA in Nationalism Studies from Central European University as well as a BA in History and International Studies from Gordon College.

Patricia Pagulayan, Consultant for Marketing and Communications

Patricia has worked in the sphere of Marketing and Communications for 10 years, having spent the majority of her career in Cambodia supporting work focused on child protection. With first-hand experience working for a budding non-profit in the INGO sector, Patricia is an expertise in marketing organizational stories, and utilizing that information to create dynamic and honest communications pieces to engage stakeholders. As our resident expert in digital marketing both technically and strategically, Patricia is well-versed in the needs and demands of keeping organizational information fresh, relevant, and compelling. Patricia holds a BS in Development Communications from the University of the Philippines-Los Banos, Philippines and a Certificate in Community Education from the Institute of Community Education-College of Public Affairs at the University of the Philippines-Los Banos.

Erin Alder, Consultant for Graphic Design and Branding

Erin is an award-winning designer with over 20 years of experience creating pieces to support the mission of both corporate and non-profit organizations.  Based on the premise that great design evokes empowerment for organizations to effectually serve their beneficiaries, Erin’s work is flexible, adaptive, and innovative.  Having supported branding campaigns inclusive of logo development and strategy, Erin’s experience worldwide is catered to organizations and individuals with dynamic missions and visions.   

Amie Gosselin, Consultant for Branding and Marketing

Amie is a brand guru, with a keen expertise in organizational communications, storytelling, and digital marketing. In her 13 years of professional experience, Amie has worked with INGOs and various start-up agencies in both her native North America as well as the developing world.  Amie’s expertise is in developing brand language, executing communications and marketing strategies, and establishing vibrant social media platforms. Amie has a BA in Journalism from the University of Regina.
